euroTECH showcases standardized and customer-specific vacuum handling solutions at LIGNA

At LIGNA 2015 in Hannover, the Geislingen, Baden-Wurttemberg based Swabian vacuum specialist is showcasing both standardized and customer-specific vacuum handling solutions.
On show, for instance, are the company's improved vacuum suction boxes, which are now up to 30 percent lighter and offer an ideal alternative to suction plates, flat suction cups and suction rugs. Thanks to this reduction in weight, these suction boxes are now also suitable for robot applications. The smart arrangement of flow control valves and flow limiters, coupled with the carefully selected materials used, ensures optimized, reliable holding power for a wide variety of applications. The new vacuum suction boxes can be used for handling products with smooth, wavy or highly structured surfaces. A practical quick-change system helps users make format changes in next to no time, and parts subject to wear and tear can be replaced quickly and at low cost. |
